1. Automated Programs:

Those days are gone when the teachers used to take only one class every week then you have a whole week to sort out the assignments on your own. Now due to many ways of communication, teachers not only have to teach the students in the class but also have to give feedback to every student throughout the week. Teachers don’t have any other options except giving feedbacks and answers of every student even on the holidays. This is where technology can help. There are many

high-tech solutions of this problem of the teachers. There are many automated programs which not only fix errors from the students writing but also give them proper feedbacks which helped them to fix their mistakes once in for all. With the help of such tools, teachers can release some of their load by using these tools in the class and helping students to check their mistakes before even grading from such automated programmed software.

2. Grammar Tutorials:

Some students are slow learners and demands time that is why a three-hour class is not enough for them. Such type of students then, not only disturb the teacher’s entire week but also disturb other students in the class too. These students lack the skill to create a conceptual idea in mind and then use it in the real life work. There are two ways to bridge the gap of such students. One is that the direct interaction with the teacher where the teacher does spoon feeding to them and help them to write in front of him. Or the teacher can take

help of the technology. Many websites offers grammar tutorials free of cost. These tutorials not only teach the students but also many exercises and activities that help to keep student engage in the tutorial and help them to fill the gap that is the hurdle for them to write well. There are many software too that help students to write better by providing assistances like grammar correction, punctuations, synonyms etc. This is the way student can develop writing skills quicker with the help of teachers and the technology.

The teachers can check their assignments before even submitting to him through the linked account. They can identify the common mistakes of them and can work on it in the class. These software helps students to write essays or dissertation step by step. From the pre-writing to the publishing. These software provides one-stop solution and can help the teachers too to create a report on every student based on the readings of these software.

4. Combined Multimedia with writing:

Use of multimedia is the best tool to keep up the engagement level of the students. There are hundreds of multimedia tools that can be used to improve the writing skills of the students. These multimedia tools allow combining writing assignment with videos and audios. For instance,

teachers can ask the students to write a poetry based on any video or shoot a video based on their poetry. Teachers can also ask to write the story of any video which played in the classroom. This is how students will not take their writing tasks as ordinary assignments and work hard to create a masterpiece.

5. Use of Digital EBooks:

Convert your class into the class of Hogwarts by using magical digital eBooks. It has been ages that we are using printed books in our schools and colleges even to teach the most advanced technologies. The online books although controlled some damage but still, our classrooms are not using this. Using digital books in the class could be the best way to teach students.
