Northern Railways invites application from eligible candidates for the post of Senior Resident under Senior Residency Scheme at Northern Railway Central Hospital, New Delhi. The candidates would be selected for the posts in various departments of the Hospital through an interview process.

a) Educational Qualification:
(i) Post Graduate Degree recognised by MCI in the concerned Specialty,
(ii) Post Graduate Diploma recognised by MCI In the concerned Specialty,
(iii)SR-ONCOLOGY:- Candidates should be DM/DNB oncology or MS Surgery with one year experience in Oncology. SR –Casualty; Candidate should be MD/DNB in Medicine/Surgery/Paediatrics/Anaesthesia
(iv) The candidate should complete the tenure of PG Degree/ Diploma on or before the date of interview.
(v) ONLY If candidates with PG Qualification are not available in a particular specialty, those without PG qualification but having at least three years of experience after MBBS out of which one year of Junior Residency from a Government Hospital or MCI recognized private hospital in the concerned specialty, can be considered for a period of one year only.
Those candidates without PG qualification but having at least Three years (for PG Degree )/ Two years (for PG Diploma ) experience in the specialty after MBBS as a POST GRADUATE TRAINEE ( MD/MS/DNB or Diploma) in the respective Specialty, can also apply.
Candidates must have a valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) /Delhi Medical Council (DMC) /State Medical Council. For candidates not having Registration with Delhi Medical Council (DMC), they will have to apply to Delhi Medical Council for registration, before joining. The proof regarding the same will have to be submitted at the time of joining.
c) Age Limit:
The upper age limit of the candidate should not be more than 37 years in regular cases and 40 years where suitable candidates are not available in that specified age category. Reserved categories have relaxation in this regard.

The applications should be filled on an A4 Size Paper, in the prescribed format & complete with all the requisite Enclosures. Candidates should report with Application form duly filled in & signed along with the attested copy of all the requisite documents at the Auditorium, 1st Floor, Academic Block, Northern Railway Central Hospital, New Delhi on the Date of walk-in-interview. They must carry with them all the Documents in ORIGINAL & produce the same for verification.
