Vacancy Details

  1. Chief Manager (HR)
    • No. of Vacancies: 01
    • Age Limit: 41 years.
    • Educational Qualification: Two years MBA/Equivalent with specialization in Personnel Management/HRD/HRM or Two years Post Graduate Degree/Equivalent in Personnel Management/IR/ Labour Welfare.
    • Work Experience: Minimum 13 years of experience in an organization in the manufacturing sector in the relevant field.
  2. Chief Manager (Marketing Operations)
    • No. of Vacancies: 01
    • Age Limit: 46 years.
    • Educational Qualification: Engineering graduates with minimum 50% marks in aggregate.
    • Work Experience: At least 13 years post qualification experience, out of which at least 3 years must be in Depot/Terminal/ Warehouse Operations with a reputed company.
  3. Senior Manager (Medical Services)
    • No. of Vacancies: 01
    • Age Limit: 40 years.
    • Educational Qualification: MBBS Degree with minimum 60% marks in aggregate from recognized Indian University/Institute with Registration at State Medical Council or Medical Council of India and Certificate of training in Industrial Health of minimum three months duration recognized by the Karnataka State Government.
    • Work Experience: Candidates shall have minimum of 10 years of post-qualification work experience.
  4. Manager (HR)
    • No. of Vacancies: 02
    • Age Limit: 35 years.
    • Educational Qualification: Two years MBA/Equivalent with specialization in Personnel Management/HRD/HRM or Two years Post Graduate Degree/Equivalent in Personnel Management/IR/ Labour Welfare.
    • Work Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in an organization in the manufacturing sector in the relevant field.
  5. Assistant Manager (Safety)
    • No. of Vacancies: 01
    • Age Limit: 35 years.
    • Educational Qualification: Graduate Degree in Engineering with minimum 60% marks in aggregate and Post Graduate (PG) Diploma in Industrial Safety (with minimum 60% marks) as per Factories Act 1948 and Karnataka Factories Rules 1969.
    • Work Experience: Candidates shall have a minimum 4 years of post-qualification Industrial experience in Supervisory capacity in the relevant field in Refinery/Petrochemicals/Continuous Process Industries.
  6. Assistant Manager (HR)
    • No. of Vacancies: 02
    • Age Limit: 32 years.
    • Educational Qualification: Two years MBA/Equivalent with specialization in Personnel Management/HRD/HRM or Two years Post Graduate Degree/Equivalent in Personnel Management/IR/ Labour Welfare.
    • Work Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in an organization in the manufacturing sector in the relevant field.
  7. Assistant Manager (System Administrator)
    • No. of Vacancies: 01
    • Age Limit: 32 years.
    • Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Computer Science and Engineering) with minimum 60% marks in aggregate.
    • Work Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in an organization in the server administration in the relevant areas.
  8. Executive (Finance)
    • No. of Vacancies: 01
    • Age Limit: 31 years.
    • Educational Qualification: Graduate Degree with CA/ICWA or minimum two years MBA with specialization in Finance (Candidates having CA/ICWA qualification need to have pass marks. Candidates having MBA Qualification should have a minimum of 60% marks.

    • Age Limit: 28 years.
    • Educational Qualification: Graduate Degree with CA/ICWA (Candidates having CA/ICWA qualification need to have pass marks).

Selection Process

For the post of Chief Manager (HR) and Chief Manager (Marketing Operations), the selection methodology will comprise of Personal Interview only.
While for other posts, the selection methodology will comprise of Written Test and Personal Interview.
