Vacancy Details

1. Civilian Motor Driver (Ordinary Grade)

  • Job Type: Other Jobs
  • No. of Vacancies: 27
  • Age Limit: 18 – 27 years.
  • Eligibility: Matriculation or equivalent from a recognised board. Must possess Civilian Driving licence for heavy vehicles from DTO/RTO and have two years experience of driving such vehicles.
  • Work Experience: 02 years.
  • Pay-Scale: Rs. 19,900-45,700/-

2. Vehicle Mechanic

  • Job Type: Other Jobs
  • No. of Vacancies: 01
  • Age Limit: 18 – 25 years.
  • Eligibility: 10th Standard pass from a recognised board. Capable of reading number and names of tools and vehicles both in English and Hindi. One year experience of his trade (Capable of carrying out standard repairs of heavy vehicles).
  • Work Experience: 01 year.
  • Pay-Scale: Rs. 19,900-45,700/-

3. Fireman

  • Job Type: Disaster Management Jobs
  • No. of Vacancies: 03
  • Age Limit: 18 – 25 years.
  • Eligibility:
    • 10th Standard pass from a recognized board
    • Must be conversant with the use and maintenance of all types of extinguishers, hose fittings, and fire appliances and equipments, fire engines, trailer, pumps, foam branches.
    • Must be familiar with the use and maintenance, first-aid, fire fighting appliances, and Trailer Fire Pump.
    • Must know elementary principles of Fire Fighting methods employed in fighting different types of fire.
    • Must be conversant with foot and appliance Fire Service Drills and be able to perform the task allotted to the members of fire crew.
    • Must be physically fit and capable of performing strenuous duties and must have passed the physical fitness test as under :
      (i) Height without shoes : 165 cms, provided that a concession of 2.5 cms in height shall be allowed for members of the Scheduled Tribes.(ii) Chest (un-expanded) –81.5 cm(iii) Chest (on-expansion) – 85 cms(iv) Weight – 50 Kgs (Minimum)
  • Work Experience: Freshers may apply

4. Labourer

  • Job Type: Other Jobs

  • Age Limit: 18 – 25 years.
  • Eligibility: 10th Standard pass or equivalent from a recognised board.

  • Pay-Scale: Rs. 18,000-41,100/-

5. Carpenter

  • Age Limit: 18 – 25 years.
  • Eligibility: 10th Standard pass or equivalent from a recognised board. Should have the knowledge of carpentry.

Selection and Application Process

Candidate can send their duly filled application in the prescribed format along with self-attested copies of all the testimonials to “Reception Centre (Recruitment Cell) 5471 ASC Battalion (MT) Near Barfani Mandir Opposite SD College, Pathankot Cantt (Punjab)-145001″ by Registered / Speed Post/Normal Post by 11th June 2021.

The shortlisted candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in the Written Test followed by Physical Test as and when decided by the Autjority.
