Vacancy Details

1. Professor

  • Job Type: Teaching Jobs
  • No. of Vacancies: 01
  • Age Limit: No age limit
  • Eligibility:
    • An eminent scholar having a Ph.D. degree in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline, and published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with, a minimum of 10 research publications in the peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals and a total research score of 140.
    • A minimum of ten years of teaching experience in university/college as Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Professor, and/or research experience at the equivalent level at the University/National Level Institutions with evidence of having successfully guided doctoral candidate. OR
    • An outstanding professional and an eminent scholar among the top 5 percent scientists in the global list, having a Ph.D. degree in the relevant/allied/applied disciplines, from any academic institutions (not included in A above)/industry, who has made a significant contribution to the knowledge in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline, supported by documentary evidence provided he/she has ten years experience.
  • Work Experience: 10 years.
  • Pay-Scale: Rs. 1,59,100-2,20,200/-

2. Assistant Professor

  • Job Type: Teaching Jobs

  • Age Limit: No age limit
  • Eligibility:
    • A Master’s degree with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point-scale wherever the grading system is followed) in a concerned/ relevant/ allied subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university.
    • Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC or the CSIR, or a similar test accredited by the UGC, like SLET/SET or who are or have been awarded a Ph. D. Degree in accordance with UGC Regulations.
    • Ph.D. degree in relevant discipline.
    • Two years of post-qualification research experience or two years of teaching experience.
  • Work Experience: 02 years.
  • Pay-Scale: Rs. 68,900-1,17,200/-

3. Assistant Professor

  • Job Type: Teaching Jobs
  • No. of Vacancies: 01
  • Age Limit: No age limit
  • Eligibility:
    • A Master’s Degree with 55% marks in two years full time declared equivalent by AIU/ accredited by AICTE/UGC for the post of Assistant Professor on Contract. Or
    • The Ph.D. degree has been obtained from a foreign university/institution.
  • Work Experience: Freshers may apply
  • Pay-Scale: Rs. 57,700-98,200/-

Selection and Application Process

Eligible candidates are required to apply online through the Official Website on or before 26th May 2021. Candidates are also required to upload the recent photograph, scanned copies of all certificates, mark sheets, evidence of teaching, research, NOC from the employer, M.A, M.Phil., Ph.D., NET certificates, etc. at the time of filling up the online application form. The shortlisted candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in the Interview.
