NABARD Development Assistant Exam Eligibity Criteria 2021

  1. Nationality
  2. The candidate must be an Indian Citizen.

  3. Educational Qualification
  4. Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognised University/Institutions with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate (pass class for SC/ST/PWBD candidates).

  5. Age Limit
  6. The age of the candidate to appear in the NABARD Development Assistant Exam should be minimum of 18 years and maximum of 35 years.
    However, there are age relaxations for candidates belonging to the reserved categories. They are given below in the table:

    Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe 40 years
    Other Backward Classes (OBC) 38 years
    Person with disabilities (UR) 45 years
    Person with Disabilities (ST/SC) 50 years
    Person with Disabilities (OBC) 48 years
    Ex-Servicemen 50 years
    Widows/divorced women/ women judicially separated who are not remarried 45 years
    Candidates who had ordinarily been domiciled in Kashmir Division of the State of Jammu and Kashmir between 1st January, 1980 and 31st December, 1989 40 years

  7. Restrictions on Attempts
  8. There is no limit on the number of attempts until the candidates fulfil all the required eligibility criteria.

NABARD Development Assistant Exam Pattern 2021

  • The selection of candidates will be based on the Prelims and Mains (Online) examination.
  • The candidates applying for the Development Assistant Hindi post will be undergoing a Language Proficiency Test.
  • The Language Proficiency Test will be conducted only for the candidates whose official language was not Hindi in the 10th or 12th mark sheet.
