Fellowship Entrance Test (FET)

The full form of DNB PDCET is Diplomate of National Board Post Diploma Centralized Entrance Test conducted by the National Board of Examination. This exam is conducted for admission to various post diploma DNB courses.

Those candidates who register for the DNB programme after clearing DNB PDCET will have to complete 2 years of practical training under any NBE accredited institution or colleges. After completion of the training, the candidate has to clear the DNB final examination.

DNB-PDCET Exam Eligibity Criteria 2021

  1. Nationality
  2. The candidate must be a citizen of India.

  3. Educational Qualification
  4. Candidates who have passed the final examination leading to the award of Post Graduate Diploma from Indian Universities which are duly recognized as per provisions of the NMC Act 2019 and the repealed Indian Medical Council Act 1956, Govt of India can apply for the DNB-PDCET.

  5. Age Limit
  6. There is no age limit.

  7. Restrictions on Attempts
  8. There is no restriction on the number of attempts.

DNB-PDCET Exam Pattern 2021

  • DNB-PDCET shall be conducted in a single day & single session as a computer-based examination.
  • The level of the questions shall be at the Post Diploma exit examination. The examination shall comprise of multiple-choice questions (MCQs) delivered as a computer-based test (CBT).
  • There shall be a total of 120 MCQs in each question paper from the concerned speciality covering the entire curriculum relevant to the Diploma speciality.
