The Combined Medical Services Examination is conducted by the Union Public Service Commission for recruiting medical officers at various central Government organisations in India. This is one of the prestigious examinations held in India to recruit doctors across the country for various Government departments.

The exam can be segregated into two parts. These are Computer-based examinations and Personality tests. The Computer-based test includes important Paper I and Paper-II. The second stage includes a Personality test.

8. Take Care of Your Health

Health plays an important role in our success. To get success in any field in life taking care of your health is of utmost importance. To take care of your health, you should maintain a good diet. You should eat fruits, vegetables and plenty of water. Try to avoid junk food.

Do exercise regularly. By doing regular exercise you will be able to prevent illness. Moreover, exercise helps to release dopamine hormone in your body which makes you feel happy and active.

9. Reach the Venue Early

Try to reach the venue of the examination at least half an hour before the exam. When you reach the venue early, you will get time to adapt to the environment and make you easy with the situation, which is the best way to elude nervousness.

10. Stay Positive
